**New “Fundamental rights” section live **Mise en service d’une nouvelle section «Droits fondamentaux» **Neuer Bereich „Grundrechte“ ist online

The “Link opens in new windowFundamental rights” section has been completely revamped and is available on the Beta version e-Justice Portal. The new section includes a number of new pages and tools for assisting EU citizens.

This includes:

-          aLink opens in new window list of competent national, EU, and international bodies

-          a Link opens in new windowfundamental rights interactive tool is to search for competent organisations in the case where your rights have been violated in an EU country

-          an Link opens in new windowinteractive tool to check whether a case where your fundamental rights have been violated is covered by the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights

-          a Link opens in new windowcomprehensive tutorial on how and when the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights is applied, its interpretation and effects.

La section «Link opens in new windowDroits fondamentaux» a été entièrement rénovée et est à présent disponible sur la version bêta du portail e-Justice.  Cette nouvelle section comprend de nouvelles pages et de nouveaux outils d’aide aux citoyens de l’UE.

Elle inclut:

-          un Link opens in new windowoutil interactif relatif aux droits fondamentaux vous permettant de trouver les organisations compétentes dans le cas où vos droits auraient été violés dans un pays de l’UE
