Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, Chapter 2, Section 1, Article 6

The Consumer Ombudsman has sent out a Quick Guide for webshops to better understand the regulation regarding misleading commercial practice when selling subscriptions from a webshop. The guide was initiated because of the many cases of consumers feeling tricked into subscriptions.
