    A business asked The Consumer Ombudsman whether they could charge a fee if the consumer did not collect the goods in their physical store which the consumer had ordered on their webpage. The Consumer Ombudsman replied that such a fee would be an unfair commercial practice because the obligation of the consumer to comply with the contract ends when he uses his right of withdrawal.
