Misleading and Comparative Advertising Directive, link

A judgment of the Court of Appeal Amsterdam (ECLI:NL:GHAMS:2014:3005) led to this article, in which the author describes the outcome of that judgment. The Court of Appeal decided that a bank made misleading statements and the bank failed to release price-sensitive information. In its judgment the Court of Appeal refers to a judgment of the Supreme Court in which the Supreme Court formulated rules regarding the qualification of misleading information.
