This article gives detailed information about the legislation of travel contracts in Czech law. The travel contract is described in the Act No. 159/1999 Coll., on some conditions of entrepreneurship and pursuit of activities in tourism and in the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Both of these consist of implementation of the Council Directive 90/314/EEC.
