This book provides an overview of the creation of the Directive 2005/29 and its main provisions. It also discusses the application of Directive 2006/2004 in relation to consumer rights. Further it discusses evolutions in relation to (European) class actions on the basis of an infringement on the rules in relation to unfair commercial practices and recent trends to apply the rules also to a B2B environment.
