This book provides an overview of the different legal provisions impacting on the competition between traders. It also discusses consumer law principles, including the rules as implemented in accordance with Directive 2005/29, as they impact on the competition between traders and the way in which such competition could become unlawful. It refers to leading case law in this respect.
