Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, link

This article gives a detailed description of aggressive commercial practices as discussed by Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2005 in Articles 8 and 9 (also called the small general clause of aggressive commercial practices) and in points 24 through 31 of Annex I to the 2005/29 Directive (also referred to as the black list of unfair commercial practices).
