This book includes an interpretation of the law 2251/1994 (for the protection of the consumers) per article. Thus, in chapter five, article 5 of the aforementioned law is analysed (sale of consumer goods and guarantees). The author refers also to the provisions of the Directive 1999/44/EC. More specifically, the book includes an analysis on the obligation for the provision of pre-contractual information, for granting a guarantee (civil and commercial) and for ensuring the after-sales service.
