The article reviews and criticizes the rules of the Hungarian implementation of the UCP Directive.

In the point of view of the author the Hungarian implementing act has many problematic parts in connection with both the rules and the definitions of what we call unfair commercial practices. Furthermore, the author also summarizes the possible practical consequences of this latter issue.
