The article presents and explains the concept of aggressive commercial practices and indicates the problems which may arise in this respect in the procedures pending before the Polish courts.

The author first analyses the UCP Directive and the implementing acts in general. Next, he focuses on the construction of the aggressive commercial practices in detail, equally expressing his doubts concerning this issue.
