    This article discusses the problem of bank practices regarding credit cards, which may be deemed as misleading omissions in light of Art. 4 sec. 1 and Art. 5 sec. 1 of the Prevention of the  Unfair Commercial Practices Act. The author analyses the matter of unreliable advertisement of "excluding interest period", which may mislead a consumer in combination with a lack of detailed information about a bank product and the conditions for price profit. The author also comments on the legal remedies available to the consumer in order to protect his rights.
