This book contains a broad study of the Italian rules concerning the category of aggressive commercial practices. In the first part of the work, the author clarifies the role of the general clause on average consumer, whereas in the second part the description is extended to the most frequent cases of aggressive practices (such as direct exhortation of children and teenagers, telemarketing and unsolicited supply). In the final section, the book provides a concise overview of the different remedies adopted by other EU member states.
