This article discusses the UCP Directive and its implementation in Hungary from the point of view of competition law. It considers the relation between the implementation of the UCP Directive and the Hungarian Competition Act (Act no. 57 of 1996 on Prohibition of Unfair Market Practice and Restriction of Competition).
