Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, Chapter 2, Section 1, Article 7

This article discusses the information requirements laid down in the UCP Directive. It explains that with the entry into force of the amendment of the Austrian Unfair Competition Act, any non-compliance with the Community Law information requirements in the field of commercial communications (including advertisement and marketing) is deemed to be an unfair commercial practice.
