Právo na spracúvanie osobných údajov ako protiplnenie za tovary a služby v oblasti ochrany spotrebiteľa.

The subject of the article is the thesis which the Slovak Republic should use at the time of opening the consumer protection regulation to extend the field of consumer protection to contracts where a natural person who is not acting in the course of their business allows the supplier to process their personal data for profit, in the case of personal data which is processed based on a legal basis of consent or a legitimate interest and the person concerned obtains a product or service from the supplier for the possibility of processing their personal data in a certain way.
