VfGH bestätigt Verbot von Bestpreisklauseln für Internet-Buchungsplattformen.

In the decision of the Constitutional Court on 29 September 2017 (G 44/2017), the Court rejected the application of an internet platform for hotel bookings. The application was made regarding the prohibition of best price clauses. The Court recognised the prohibition as objectively justified.
