    A brand is a distinctive sign that is essential in any business, while the publicity becomes an angular piece in the marked product marketing. The conspiracy of both elements enables the recruitment of potential consumers. Because of its substance, it necessary to set some limits to this connection of branding and advertising, which are done through a regulation that is effective, coherent and weighted, both nationally and internationally, ensuring proper use of advertising for the brand in the market.
