Price Indication Directive, Article 1

Art. 5 of the Royal Decree of 9 July 2000 entails a relative nullity to protect the buyer when the terms of this Decree are not met. The buyer invoking this nullity must demonstrate that his rights under the law are either directly or indirectly limited through the modification of the terms of this Royal Decree.
