The service desk of the Authority is located at the Central Document Office of the Ministry of the Interior (1133 Budapest, Visegrádi utca 110.)

With respect to the data processed, criminal records are authentic official records and are subject to statutory supervision by the Prosecutor General. You can request your own criminal record certificate from the Central Document Office of the Ministry of the Interior. You can do this by post, electronically or in person at the service desk. Criminal record certificates are issued free of charge the first four times a year.
