Annex I - The rules of jurisdiction referred to in Article 3(2) and Article 4(2)

district court (okresný súd), Bratislava III Municipal Court (Mestský súd Bratislava III), Bratislava IV Municipal Court (Mestský súd Bratislava IV) and Košice Municipal Court (Mestský súd Košice)

Annex III - The courts with which appeals referred to in Article 43(2) may be lodged

district courts (okresné súdy) and municipal courts (mestské súdy)

Annex IV- The appeals which may be lodged pursuant to Article 44

- in Slovakia, the dovolanie.

Appellate review (dovolanie) before the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic (Najvyšší súd Slovenskej republiky). Applications for appellate review must be lodged through the district court whose decision is being appealed against.
