In Estonia, an application for rectification or withdrawal of a European enforcement order specified in Article 10(2) of the Regulation can be submitted in the manner laid down in Section 447 of the Code of Civil Procedure (RT I, 19.03.2015, 27).
In the situations specified in Article 19(1), an application can be submitted in Estonia under Section 415 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
For the purposes of Article 20(2)(c) of the Regulation, Estonia accepts certificates in English or Estonian or translated into those languages.
The authority referred to in Article 25 is Harjumaa County Court.
