Article 5 – Languages accepted for completion of the forms

Apart from Latvian Latvia accepts the forms, which are completed in English.

Article 6 – Means accepted for transmission of requests and other communications

Requests may be sent by post, fax or e-mail.

Article 21 – Agreements or arrangements to which Member States are parties and which comply with the conditions in Article 21(2)

Latvia does not have agreements or arrangements maintained between Member States referred to in Article 21 paragraph 2 (agreements or arrangements between two or more Member States to further facilitate the taking of evidence, provided that they are compatible with Regulation 1206/20010, as well as drafts of such agreements or arrangements which they intend to adopt and any denunciation of, or amendments to, these agreements or arrangements.
