Article 71 1. (b) - Redress procedure

Once an appeal decision is handed down by the Court of Appeal, no other form of redress is available in Malta.

Article 71 1. (c) - Review procedure

The review procedure for the purposes of Article 19 is laid down in Article 7 of the International Maintenance Obligation Order, 2011 (Legal Notice 452/11) on 'Appeal for a decision on an application for a declaration'.
