Can I appeal against a sentence or if the defendant is declared not guilty?

You do not have such a possibility. If the defendant is declared guilty, then he/she is the only one who has the right to appeal. If the defendant is declared not guilty only the Attorney General can appeal against the court decision.

Is further appeal possible?

You do not have such a possibility.

What rights do I have after the court sentence enters into force?

You may ask for a copy of the court’s judgement, which the court will provide, unless that infringes data protection legislation. After the court sentence enters into force, your role in the proceedings is generally over.
